The Order Process

1. Place your order
   
   Add your chosen jewellery piece to your basket and complete checkout.
   
2. Receive your Collection Kit
   
   We’ll send a Collection Kit to your address, containing clear instructions and everything you need to:
   
   
   *return inclusions (such as ashes, hair, or fur)
   
   
   *confirm design and colour choices
   
   
   *determine your ring size (if applicable). A Ring sizer is provided.
   
   
   
3. Return your kit and ring sizer.
   
   Please return your completed kit to us using the addressed envelope within 10 days of receiving it.
   
4. We keep you updated.
   
   You’ll receive confirmation and progress emails as your jewellery is carefully created.
   
5. Your jewellery returns home.
   
   Your finished piece will be returned to you beautifully packaged, along with any inclusions not used in the jewellery.

• If MemoryTouch™ engraving is part of an ashes order, please follow the order process above using your Collection Kit.
  
• If MemoryTouch™ engraving is a standalone order (for example, a pendant), please email your print directly to info@memorywithin.co.uk after placing your order.

Each element is included to help you care for your jewellery and to reassure you of its quality, craftsmanship, and the respect with which it has been made.

Caring for Your Memorial Jewellery

We understand how precious your memorial jewellery is. With gentle care, your piece will remain beautiful and meaningful for years to come.

Our memorial jewellery is handcrafted using 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold and a carefully developed jewellery-grade resin to securely hold ashes or other inclusions. Like all fine jewellery, it should be treated with care.

Each piece is supplied with a complimentary polishing cloth and a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.

Everyday Care

• Gently polish with the supplied cloth as needed to maintain shine
  
• Remove jewellery before cleaning, swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping
  
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hand sanitiser, and household chemicals
  
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, chemical dips, or abrasive cleaners
  
• Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and strong sunlight
  

Our memorial resin is extremely durable and suitable for everyday wear, but thoughtful care will help preserve both the metal and the memorial element over time.

Damage caused by not following care guidance may require repair or remaking and may incur a fee. If you ever have concerns about your jewellery, we’re always happy to help.

All Memory Within jewellery is bespoke and made to order, so we cannot accept returns unless:

• Your item does not match your original order

• Your item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue

Cancellations:

Refunds are only possible if you cancel before work begins on your jewellery. Once production has started, refunds cannot be offered.
